I have recently had the iBox [electric central heating] system installed in my flat to operate my original cast iron radiators, which Feature Radiators helped me convert to electric use.  I am absolutely delighted with the whole system and had never expected to find something so simple, so user-friendly and so fitting my needs.  The iBox solution has meant that I don't have to have heating pipes or wires running throughout my flat, just a neat little control panel and unobtrusive boxes fitted to radiators which communicate wirelessly.  The control device does everything I need it to, including day-to-day programmable timers, holiday and boost settings, and easy-to-use temperature controls.  The other thing I love about the system is that I can add additional control panels at any time if I want to create separate heating zones.  Not only is this cost-efficient and eco-friendly, it was also great to have the flexibility of seeing how the iBox and my radiators work and how I use them before deciding how many controls would suit my needs.  I was very surprised to hear that this is the first system of its kind and I have already recommended it to several of my neighbours who have been looking for exactly the same thing.

Gosh, I wasn’t expecting such a prompt response. Particularly on a weekend!

I look forward very much to the arrival of my new radiator. I only wish I could have had more but I’m sure it will look stunning in our new kitchen/diner.

You may recall that I purchased 2 Etonian radiators in Farrow and Ball Olive colour. Thought you may like to have some feedback.
Having recently installed the 2 radiators, you may like to know that they look ‘stunning’ in their setting. They are of an outstanding quality both in design even having the details of the castings, of a solid robust construction and have that ‘look’ of an authentic period piece. In attention they are ‘fit for purpose’ as give off a very good amount of heat.
The plumber was most complimentary to have such precise pipe measurements, as he had anticipated to take a day to install not just the 2 hours!
Hasten to add, everyone that has come into contact with the radiators are very complementary of the workmanship.
The whole process has been most positive, right from the start of understanding radiator options, the order process, all the way through to the delivery service in which I was kept updated as to anticipated eta on the day.
Can you please pass on my sincere compliments to your team.
